1. Organic chemistry is a difficult course but easy to master with the right teacher. Most undergraduate end up having carryovers because the concept and the content of the subject is not well explained to them. Having taught this for 6years, I 'm convinced that I will do a good job.
2. Students have better understanding if a course is well illustrated, analysed and demonstrated, these are the teaching methods I will adopt for a greater result. Few of my students that feared organic chemistry due to the chemical structures have a better understanding of this course now.
3. I ensure a good relationship by not being to focus on the lesson alone but ensuring that the learning atmosphere is conducive and friendly .
