Numeracy is the method of evaluating a mathematical skill, while Literacy, on the other hand, is the ability to read. Essentially, understanding and reading, interpretation of information is a creative skill and which the knowledgeable ones can be able to teach any learner.

I have taught about 14 students on these subjects from preschool through primary and adults as well who want to improve on their English and mathematical skills with an outstanding outcome. The students improved in reading and their ability to identify and calculate numbers.

I apply the proper reaching approach in these subjects which include, visualizing, questioning, and measuring their understanding of the subjects and their outcome. I teach in an atmosphere of peace and cordial relation with my students for a positive result.

I believe British Curriculum is one of the standard curriculum approved by the Federal government of Nigeria, National Policy on Education, using this curriculum in teaching is recommended and good as well.
