1. I am a graduate of biochemistry from the University of Jos. Food and Nutrition is part of the courses I studied while in school. I definitely enjoy teaching this subject because we cannot do without food.
2. My students do very well in this subject, they have excellent grades and are well informed about the various food types, processes and nutritional benefits of each and every food type.
3. I teach in a comfortable environment free of conflicts and we treat each topic extensively by discussion, with good illustrations,review at the end of each lesson and short test to keep us going. I believe I am qualified for this. Thank you.
