Oha leaf is mostly found in the Eastern part of the country, it is a leaf that retains greenish. leaf throughout the year. It is believed to regulate the blood glucose level. Its nutrient contents is enormous, which include Iron, calcium, amino acids, vitamin A and C among others.

I have a good wealth of experience in cooking this meal, not only that I come from the eastern part of the country but I am skillful in preparing this meal. I have taught most women and some men too who wants to impress their wives.

I teach my learners with the appropriate and assorted ingredients, which is use in the preparation of this dish. My class is an interactive one, because there is always room for questions and a lot of practical. Consider my services .Thank you.
