I think I'll be on the safe side to say I've been into Arithmetic all my life, as my father tutored me on it while growing up from primary to secondary school and I later went on to study Mathematics full time in the University where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in 2015.

The scenarios where I've had to tutor people on Arithmetic has always been informal. Notwithstanding, I've always gotten positive feedback from my students as what seemed to them a big problem had become easily demystified.

When I teach more than one student at a time, it's efficient for me to make use of a whiteboard with markers but if it be just one student, a notebook with a pen can serve.
