I Love to teach kids, because it is easier to catch them young so that in the future they don't see mathematics as a difficult subject. I am patient and can afford to nurture any kid no matter their learning speed to a desired end. I have met kids who see maths as an unpassable subject so my job is to encourage and groom them into loving maths. In situations where there is a phobia already existing, my job is to make it invalid and get learners to understand that it's all in the mind.
I understand that sometimes the learners loose confidence in themselves due to the teacher's attitude towards the learners. My job here is to instill the learners with the self confidence they lack and boost their moral on their ability to conquer their fears.
