I love making local dishes, and I have come in contact with some persons who call themselves foodies. I made African salad with oil bean and veggies and was amazed at their attitude towards it. The food was made for my In-laws, but I just managed to rescue a little for them. I had to make a fresh batch for my guests. In case you are wondering what I mean by African salad, it is called locally, "ABACHA".
