Bitter Leaf Soup

Teaching, people the process of making this soup has made me discover that a lot of people seek to acquire this knowledge. "Ofe Onugbu" as it is called is a local delicacy among the Igbos especially of the Anambra origin. I once served the soup the soup to a friend from Kaduna and found out that she loved it. I then taught it to her and she in turn taught it to her mum.
