As a teacher of Agricultural Science, I have discovered that what our generation and the ones after us need is knowledge from agricultural science. This knowledge will help us solve the problems of over-dependence on crude oil. When agricultural science is mentioned, students only think of planting and harvesting of crops, but I have been able to make them understand that it goes beyond planting and harvesting of crops.

In my years of teaching, I found out that students don't take agricultural science seriously like they do with english and maths. And this is as a result of the way teachers handle it.
I have been able to guide my students to excel in science related subjects and they have been able to know that agricultural science is more of planting crops.

When working with me, I work on student's confidence in the subject and we start working together and students also get to be given more independent work also. I assure you that the student cannot be the same after learning Agricultural Science from me and his grades significantly improve as we spend more time studying.
