Over time, I've realized that subjects like Economics are very practical as every decision (financial) we make in our day to day activities are usually related to economic decisions, therefore you can relate with the concepts unlike pure sciences which sometimes sound vague and abstract. I handled it during my service year and there was a remarkable increase in the interest of students in the subject.
