I have been in to the catering business for four years now, and it is what I have passion for. I love trying new recipes and methods of cooking. I make cakes for weddings and birthdays, small chops,pastries, cocktails. Nigerian dishes( bitter leaf soup,Edikaikong,afan,ewedu and gbegiri, miyan twushae). I have taught some corp members in katsina state on cake making and most of them are making a living out of it. Students would be expected to buy everything they will use for their practicals except for the machines like mixers, tables,utensils.

Charity ojoide also teaches:

Literacy & Numeracy, Cake Making, Phonics

Levels taught: Nursery, Jss and Adult

Teaching Curriculum: Nigerian, British, American

Its really wonderful for me because these curriculum are based on hands on activities that develop the motor skills of this kids. À friendly teaching environment filled with fun while learning. For me, this is the best way to teach kids
