With my experience in handling kids, my proficiency and gesture in handling early years/grade are qualities that have kept me in esteem, as these are seen as good ethics of my teaching profession. Amongst the several teaching methodologies I adopt to equip learners under my care, condescending to such a child's level as a playmate enhances understanding thereby resulting in a positive outcome.
