My name is Grace Okara,
Teaching is more than a job or career for me, it is a passion for me! It is my goal and desire to guide and help students grow in their respective subjects in school.
English language in particular has diversities that makes it up e.g comprehension, spellings, grammar, creative writing or composition and phonics. I take it upon myself to keep the students grounded in all these areas.
My gentle nature usually takes all fear away from students, helping them feel relaxed and confident ready to assimilate all that they are being taught.
Fear is one factor that reduces their learning pace and with me they absolutely feel at home and free!
There was this kid the mom sent to me for tutorials, I discovered that the problem of this kid was the confidence he lacked,he felt he was not intelligent or good enough, I had to work on his mind alongside the subject and before long he was already catching up and he developed his self esteem and today he is doing well.
