Music Theory

My name is Grace Okara, I obtained a national diploma in Estate management at federal polytechnic Idah Kogi state. I also attended Society for Performing Arts in Nigeria (SPAN) where I studied jazz music for 2 years.
Teaching is more than a job or career for me, it is a passion for me! It is my goal and desire to guide and help students grow in their respective subjects in school.
My gentle nature usually takes all fear away from students, helping them feel relaxed and confident ready to assimilate all that they are being taught.
Fear is one factor that reduces their learning pace and with me they absolutely feel at home and free!
Music is fun and essential for brain development too! It is my desire to see every child learn music theory so they can apply the knowledge in whatever musical instrument they play in order to make good music. And surprisingly they will grow in other areas of their lives faster than other kids who don't have access to music.

Grace also teaches:

Guitar, Piano, Basic Mathematics, English Language, Phonics, Literacy & Numeracy, Verbal Reasoning, Basic Sciences

Levels taught: Kids (3 - 7), Pre-Teens (8 - 12), Teenagers (13 - 19) and Adults (20 And Above)

Lessons hold at your home

When you book lessons, Grace will usually travel anywhere at most 5km (~ 30mins drive ) from Oworoshoki to deliver lessons.
