I am Emmanuel Iheoma, I obtained my N.C.E. certificate from Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education where I studied English language but have been able to teach and help learners grasp and know the basic skills needed to understand Numeracy. During my previous job, I helped learners give extraordinary results in numeracy. In Addition , I regularly update my parents about the academic performance and development of the learner and I have been able to develop empathy and excellent communication skills to make learners comfortable and build a bond of trust as well in them. I assisted my learners in understanding the basics skills needed in solving some word problem which helped them scale through. I have been able to find a balance in helping learners build personalized strategies based on individual learning requirement in order to help them understand every topic taught in numeracy.
