My name is Adigwe Jude, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). I hold a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Presently, I am a Human Resource Executive with BluDive Technologies Ltd -- an organisation where I am currently setting up the HR department.
In the last diet (February 2018), I taught Presentation Skills, and Learning and Development. All my students that sat for the examinations passed. No resits.
My areas of expertise in CIPM are Advanced Human Resource Management I & II; Learning and Development; Organizational Behaviour and Performance; Presentation Skills; Nigerian Labour Law.
When I teach, I strike a fine balance between theory and practice. This is to ensure that the information communicated are meaningful and interesting to my students. Excellence remains my watchword.
