Every teacher has a unique style of teaching . I have to look for teaching methods that i can use to enhance the learning process and interaction of students. so to meet the needs of diverse students.
I have to make learning more engaging by providing them practical knowledge of concept . I try to meets the needs of all the student and encourage them to indulge in active discussion . Also known as the blended style of teaching , it helps mold the curriculum according to the group of students enhancing the learning process of students by making studies more fun.
I teach them to be more discipline and organized , promoting students engagement during the lectures.
I develop the communication skills of the students . I also help students learn to provide feedback and be more expressive.
