A good educator makes a difference in how students learn and how they feel about their learning . I instill a love of math to my students from a young age . I make the lesson flexible and understanding.
I help them develop problem solving skills, understand abstract concepts and encourage math talk in classroom.
I introduce math games to the students in a way to engage them and give them an active learning experience, make them know that math is applicable to real life.
I encourage students to think deeper about math problems and understand the theory behind them .
I allow the students to give feedback on what they have be doing right and where they can improve .
