• Ensuring all lessons are planned with clear aims and objectives and are delivered in line with the departmental schemes of work and school policies.
• Taking into account the differing ability lessons of students and differentiate work accordingly.
• Encouraging all students to be actively engaged in their own learning and in reviewing their progress against targets
• Setting appropriate tasks and challenges for homework according to the published timetable.
• Organise eponymous activities as the Chairman, Quiz, Debate
and Public speaking committee.
• Achieved 100% A-C passes at the IGCSE English Language B
examinations and 96% A*-C passes at the IGCSE Literature
examinations for three consecutive years.
Achieved 100% A-C passes in WAEC/NECO for 5 consecutive years.
