I have over 15 years of experience developing using Java and teaching Java. I take a practical approach to teaching and mentoring developers. Over the course of my career, I have taught Java programming to quite a number of candidates. I have done extensive development work using Java at an enterprise level. So I don't just know the theory of Java, I have in-depth practical experience using Java. I have implemented very complex systems for banks using Java, and I bring such practical experience to bear when training my students. A key concept of Java is Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). I take time to explain OOP and how it relates to everything around us. I will help you get a good grasp of OOP and other key topics in java if you let me teach you Java Programming.

As a former manager in a bank, and as a software consultant, I ensured to give a 2 hours weekly class to my staff on different programming languages, including Java which was one of the underlying technology for most of the backend solutions that was running in the bank and the client’s environment. This enabled my staff to perform the tasks I assigned to them especially in the area of software development.

In any software programming training engagement, after providing the theory of the subject with intermittent hands-on practical, I also ensure there is a project at the end of the sessions to allow the student/client to develop and solve an identified problem prevailing in any of the economic sectors in the society or even problems and challenges in the client immediate environment.

As a Tuteria tutor, I have had the opportunity to tutor different clients with different reasons for choosing to learn software programming, ranging from taking Java exams to using the knowledge to join a software development team.
