Further Mathematics

As a person, I am good listener, calm-headed and emotionally intelligent individuals, qualities that are necessary for being an effective and influential educator.

On the other hand, as an academic, I love solving and teaching mathematics and really have a passion for imparting the easy and systematic way of studying it especially on people that find it difficult. Mathematics and much more, further mathematics actually makes you smart, in converse to what is widely thought that only the smart can solve mathematical problems.

This I have discovered in my years of experience studying in secondary school where I scored excellent grades in GCE and WAEC and now in the university studying engineering; and also in my years of teaching in tutorials and schools where my students really improved and enjoyed mathematics.

I have also discovered that most students that find maths difficult have a wrong mindset and disposition towards it and first needs to get over this to excel in it.

I shall ensure this barrier is passed and shall provide a systematic and easy approach in all topics I teach and will strongly recommend a general mathematics and further mathematics textbook preferably Project Further mathematics, up to date WAEC past questions, four-figure tables and a scientific calculator to be acquired for the lesson to be effective.
