SAT Math
More than 3 years experience
I have been teaching since I was in secondary school. I was an executive in the JETS (Junior Engineers Technicians and Scientists) Club and I do teach junior students, mostly S.S.2 pupils, science subjects.
I also taught GCE/WAEC/NECO/JAMB classes for almost a year before I gained admission into the University, where my teaching experience would go up notch. I taught colleagues and juniors various science subjects, with mathematics being my favourite.
My SAT teaching experience started in 2016 when I tutored a family friend who needed special help with Algebra and Calculus and she aced the SAT Quantitative scoring 650 . I have since worked as a Quantitative Reasoning Facilitator in an educational consulting firm and helped students ace their SAT exams with good results. I work with relevant SAT materials to ensure they are brought up to speed and ready for the test day.
I try to understand my students' strengths and weaknesses and tailor my teaching styles and approaches to improve on their weaknesses while enhancing their strong points.
I teach using the Nigerian, American and British Curricula.
